Son-Risers Bible Study beginning January 5, 2022

Lutheran Spirituality – Community

Spirituality is a common term today, but what does it mean? To find the right answer, Lutheran Spirituality directs adult Bible study participants to God's Word. Lutheran Spirituality explores the Bible, Luther's Small Catechism, and the Lutheran hymnal as integral resources for living out our faith in a spiritually confused-and sometimes confusing-world. Lutherans confess in the words of the Augsburg Confession (Article VII) that the church is the assembly of all believers among whom the Gospel is purely preached, and the holy Sacraments are administered according to the Gospel. The Lutheran conviction is that the church is where Jesus lives and gives His abundant gifts.
