Director
Robyn Adams has been the director at Trinity’s Early Childhood Center since June 2013. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Concordia College in Ann Arbor in 1996 and in 2012 she added an Early Childhood Endorsement from Siena Heights University. In 2019 she received her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood from Siena Heights University. Robyn has taught grades 2, 5, & 6 as well as extensive substitute teaching in all grades preschool through fourth. She is married to Doug, an LCMS Pastor. They have 5 children, two girls and 3 boys ages 15-21, three in college at Concordia University Ann Arbor and two in High School attending Michigan Lutheran High School in St. Joseph. When not at Trinity, she enjoys spending time reading and with her family.

Young 5's Teacher
Kelly Johnston started teaching at Trinity in 2020. She graduated from Central Michigan University in 2019 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education, majoring in Early Childhood Development & Learning. After graduating from CMU, she taught preschool for 8 months in Traverse City but decided to move back to her hometown. When she isn’t teaching she loves helping coach softball at Lake Michigan College, taking long walks outside (even in the winter), and traveling.

Traditional Preschool Teacher, 3 & 4 Year Olds
Becky Liebich joined the Trinity staff in 2015. She graduated from Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska with a Bachelor’s degree in elementary education in 2000. Since then, she has served children and their families in a variety of capacities, including teaching, aiding, leading Sunday school, VBS, children’s Christmas programs, and mommy and me classes. Becky enjoys spending time with her husband, Jonathan, and their two sons. She loves reading, playing board games, and spending time outdoors.

4's Preschool Teacher
Deb attended Cloud County Community College and also Butler College, both in Kansas. Deb also has a Child Development Associate credential. She has served children and their families in a variety of ways for more than 25 years including teaching, assisting, leading Girl Scouts and Army Family Readiness Groups, being a Parent coordinator for USNSCC Lake Michigan Division, leading children's Christmas programs,and VBS. Deb and her husband Paul have 7 daughters, and 5 grandchildren.They have lived in a variety of places stateside and abroad prior to his retirement from the Army. Deb enjoys spending time on the sideline cheering on her kids at their various sports and activities.Also, in her free time, Deb enjoys crafts,gardening, antiquing and "upcycling" and spending time in the kitchen, or around the table with family and friends.
